Free Summer Camp was held for Middle and High School students (100+) at Jnanagiri from 29th March to 3rd May and the Valedictory Function was held on 4th May.
During the camp, children were taught Bhgavath Geetha, Ekathmatha Stothra, Medha Suktha, Patriotic Songs, Bhajans, Folk Dance, etc. Multiple resource persons took sessions on Indian History, Ramayana, Magic, Art & Craft, Drama, Storytelling, Calligraphy, Desi Games, Quizzes and STEM experiments.
The Valedictory Function started with lighting of the lamp, chanting of Medha Suktha and Bharatha Natya on Lord Ganesha. Students performed two Skits and two Folk Dances. Major attraction was the Yoga formation by the girl students.
Some of the students shared their wonderful experience and felt that they are going to miss all the fun they had during the camp. Most regular and most interactive students were honored during the function.
Resource persons and Senior volunteers were recognized for their valuable contribution for the successful conduct of the camp.
