Abhyudaya Mysuru on 8.12.2024 hosted “Aarohana” a cultural competitions for socially deprived students. Around 800 children participated in this. Students from different districts in and around Mysuru, including tribals participated in the competitions.
The programme was inaugurated by Prof. Uday Birje Raghunath, Co-founder and Director, Think street technologies, Founder of Mysuru Lancers heritage foundation and Sri Niranjan Subbarao Co-founder and CEO of Cyclops Medtech. This event took place at B S S Vidyodaya School, Krishnamurthy Puram, Mysuru.
The competitions included Folk Dance, Drawing on the theme Indian Army, Quiz, Patriotic Songs, Bhagvadgeetha and Ekatmata Stotra. Prizes were awarded to the winners and return gifts were given to all the participants. The prizes are sponsored by ASF
After this mega event, volunteers actively participated in Swachatha (cleaning the campus) and felt the success of this mega event. Abhyudaya volunteers and jury members enjoyed this mega event as much if not more than students.
