Abhyudaya is serving the society with the objective of “Educate, Everyone, Everywhere.” Team Abhyudaya visited remote rural government schools in Harohalli Villages, Kanakapura Taluk, Ramanagara District on August 15th to celebrate the 78th  Independence Day with the underprivileged students in those schools.

All the volunteers were very happy to participate in Flag hoisting and reciting National Anthem with the kids. They were very excited to watch the cultural activities – Dance/Skit/Songs/Drama…etc. performed by the children.

Team Abhyudaya honoured the HM, Teachers, Cook, Cleaners and all the Anganwadi staff at the respective schools.

The basic requirements of the students – books, pens, pencils, erasers, sharpeners, scales, tiffin boxes, school bags were distributed to all the students.

The volunteers contributed for story books, wall clock, carpets, mats, towelsGreen board, NaliKali Table and sports items like chess board, carrom, football, basketball, and also softballs and distributed Sweets and Fruits to the kids.

All the school staff, children, locals, youth groups, SDMC and Grama Panchayat members were very happy with the support and they expressed interest in associating with Abhyudaya in the future across all the activities.

After the celebrations, all the 300+ volunteers gathered at Paduvanagere and shared their experiences. . The Team enjoyed a wonderful lunch at S N E M School, Paduvanagere.

Abhyudaya extends heartfelt gratitude to volunteers team of Velokofi Happy Miles Cycling, The Yellow Ribbon (TYR) who supported with stationery items for extra government schools and IntouchCX for the great lunch arrangements in terms of ample place at the school, tasty food and all the associate resources .

After a couple of patriotic speeches, the volunteers took photographs with the National Flag and the program was concluded by remembering the service rendered by freedom fighters.
