ಡಾ. ಶರಣಪ್ರಕಾಶ ರುದ್ರಪ್ಪ ಪಾಟೀಲ, ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವರು, ಪ್ರೈಯಾಸ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಭ್ಯುದಯದ ಸಹಯೋಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಲಬುರಗಿಯ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ (ಜಿಮ್ಸ್) ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ‘ಭಾರತವರ್ಧಂತ ಪಾದ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸಾ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮತ್ತು ತಪಾಸಣೆ ಅಭಿಯಾನವನ್ನು ಚಾಲನೆಗೊಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಮಧುಮೇಹ-ಪಾದದ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಬಹುತೇಕ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರೊಡಿಯಾಟ್ರಿಕ್ ಆರಂಭಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಮಧುಮೇಹಿಗಳ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗೆ ನಾವು ಬದ್ದರಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಪ್ರೊಡಿಯಾಟ್ರಿಕ್ ತಪಾಸಣೆ ವ್ಯಾನ್ ಗೆ ಹಸಿರು ನಿಶಾನೆ ತೋರಿಸಿದೆ.

At the premises of the Gulbarga Institute of Medical Sciences (GIMS) in Kalaburagi, in association with Abhyudaya the ‘Bharat Vardhanta Foot Care Awareness and Screening Campaign’ was launched by Dr. SharanPrakash Rudrappa Patil, Minister for Medical Education, GoK under the Pradhan Mantri Health initiative.
Podiatric (foot care) services have been initiated in most medical science institutions across the state for the treatment of diabetic foot conditions.
We are committed to the treatment of diabetic patients, and a digital podiatric screening van was flagged off.
GIMS Dean and Director Dr. Umesh S.R., Medical Superintendent Dr. Shivakumar C.R., Foot Sector Supplier Dr. Sanjay Sharma, and several others were present.
