We are thrilled to announce the successful conclusion of our cultural and scientific competition “Aarohana” exclusively designed for socially deprived students at Somanahalli on 29.12.2024. Around 500 students and 150 volunteers from various FLC clusters, spanning areas from Nelamangala to Harohalli in and around Somanahalli, participated in the event.
The programme was inaugurated by Smt. Vinoda V Adiga, Co-director, Paakashaala Group of Restaurants, Shri Harish Babu, Vice President, Keshava Krupa, Samvardhana Samiti. This event took place at Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra, Somanahalli, Bengaluru.
The competitions included Drawing on the theme Indian village, Quiz, Essay, Patriotic Songs, Ekatmata Stotra, Fancy Dress, Science Model. Prizes were awarded to the winners and return gifts were given to all the participants.
Our esteemed judges were impressed by the creativity, innovation, and confidence demonstrated by the students. The competition was fierce, but the spirit of camaraderie and sportsmanship shone through.
After this mega event, volunteers actively participated in Swachatha (cleaning the campus) and felt the success of this mega event. Abhyudaya volunteers and jury members enjoyed this mega event as much if not more than students.
